If you've found a lower price on a qualifying product at a local retailer or on a major online retailer, we'll match it! With our Price Match Guarantee, get what you were looking for without the wait!
How It works
Parts, Accessories & Apparel
At the time of purchase, we will match the current pre-tax price for new, identical, immediately available products from a local retail competitor's store or shipped from and sold by a designated major USA online retailer. We will match prices between our store and newhorizonsbikes.com. We will also match prices post-purchase if we lower our price within 14 days of your purchase. You must bring in verifiable proof of the lower price along with your original receipt. Any print advertisement must be dated within 14 days of purchase from New Horizons Bikes for the same item. See requirements.
Bicycles
If you find a better price on a bike we carry at another shop in stock for less at any specialty bike shop in Massachusetts and Connecticut let us match it and save you the trip. In order to be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee, the bike must be the same model, size, color, and year; the bike must be in stock at an authorized US dealer; and the price must be verifiable with the original advertisement or online. Bring in an ad or the website link for the item in question. We'll take care of the rest!

Price Protection Requirements:
Qualifying items must be the exact same item, including size, color and year. Item must be in stock at an authorized US dealer of that product. We must be able to verify with the original copy of an ad or link to the website. We reserve the right to not match items that are below our cost. Bicycle prices in other states are not eligible for price match offers. Other offers, such as 12 Month No Interest Financing, % discount coupons, Ride Club Rewards etc cannot be combined with price match.
