Policies and Shipping

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unused within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Three shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

Standard Ground: $9.50
3-Day (weekdays): $13.00
2-Day (weekdays): $24.00

Note: Orders usually ship two business days after being placed.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We will e-mail you with exact shipping charges.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Bicycles are non-refundable, but if current year may be exchanged for another size/model.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail.

RIDE CLUB REWARDS

New Horizons Ride Club Rewards

 There is no membership fee charged for the New Horizons Ride Club.

 New Horizons Ride Club members receive up to 5% of their purchase excluding tax and shipping in rewards dollars.**

To accumulate rewards sales must be entered under your name.  Please identify yourself at cash out as a Ride Club Rewards Member.

 Ride club rewards are issued bi-annually to members who have accumulated $5.00 in rewards. Redemption months are September and March.

 Ride Club Rewards can be applied to non-sale merchandise only. Rewards cannot be used for gift cards, shipping charges, or sales tax.

Rewards must be redeemed by the expiration date listed in a single visit. Unused rewards are not carried forward and any unused portion of rewards is forfeited.

Ride Club Rewards are issued for in-store purchases only.

Ride Club rewards certificates have no cash value.

 New Horizons reserves the right to change club policies and benefits at any time. The current policies are posted on our website. You agree and your continued use of your New Horizons Ride Club Membership constitutes your agreement that the current website posting supersedes all prior versions and applies to your membership.
